3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. win345 is not liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate information submitted by the user. You are obligated to update your account information if any details change.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your win345 username and password. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify win345 immediately via the contact email provided on the Platform.
3.4 win345 will never ask for your full password via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from win345 that requests your full login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
4.1 All transactions on the win345 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). win345 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller.

5.4 Live and in-play bets accepted via the Astar Live section are subject to additional rules. In-play bets may be voided if they are placed after the relevant incident has already occurred but before the odds have been updated.

11.3 win345's aggregate liability to any user arising from any claim in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
12.1 win345 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, age verification failure, or regulatory requirements.
12.2 Upon closure of an account for reasons of breach of these Terms, any funds arising from prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to user misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the user via the relevant payment method.
12.3 You may close your win345 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to standard rules.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which win345 is licensed to operate. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to win345's internal dispute resolution process.
